Venue Hire 

We have a number of rooms and facilities available for hire. We have limited ability to deal promptly with individual enquiries so have tried to provide all you need to know here, including costs and availability. There is no VAT payable.

  • For up to 200 People
  • Includes raised stage area
  • Cost for voluntary organisations & charities : Weekdays: £36 / Saturdays: £40 per hour
  • Cost for other users: Weekdays: £40 / Saturdays: £45 per hour
 


Old Hall

  • For up to 60 People
  • Cost for voluntary organisations & charities: Weekdays: £16 / Saturdays: £18 per hour
  • Cost for other users: Weekdays: £18 / Saturdays: £21 per hour


Beech Hall

  • For up to 40 People
  • Cost for voluntary organisations & charities: Weekdays: £20 / Saturdays: £22 per hour
  • Cost for other users: Weekdays: £22 / Saturdays: £24 per hour
 

Small Room

  • For up to 10 People
  • Often used as a creche
  • Cost for voluntary organisations & charities: Weekdays: £12 / Saturdays: £14 per hour
  • Cost for other users: Weekdays: £13 / Saturdays: £15 per hour


Main Kitchen
  • For use with Main Auditorium or Beech Hall
  • Full use of kitchen and appliances with tea and coffee included
  • Reduced rate if used only to service tea and coffee
  • Full Use Cost for voluntary organisations & charities: Weekdays: £31 / Saturdays: £35 per use
  • Full UseCost for other users: Weekdays: £35 / Saturdays: £40 per use
  • Tea & Coffee Only for voluntary organisations & charities: Weekdays: £7 / Saturdays: £8
  • Tea & Coffee Only for other users: Weekdays: £8 / Saturdays: £10
     


Second Kitchen

  • For use with Old Hall
  • Full use of kitchen and appliances with tea and coffee included
  • Reduced rate if used only to service tea and coffee
